#26 treefs_bootstrap_read has extra parameter

The segsize_blocks parameter doesn't appear to be used. Its not really needed. And when I CALL treefs_bootstrap_read, I had not previously initialized the field used to fill in the segsize_blocks parameter.

This is a simple "DOH!" Error with a simple fix.
