#21 TAB/Shift+TAB should indent/unindent

Especially when workign wiht hierachial tree files such as
XML and XSL, indentation is very important. However,
unlike what I'm used to with most editors,
TAB/Shift+TAB does not indent/unindent the current
selection.

A bonus would be if as you're cutting ans pasting, the
indentation of the clipboard content we're auto-adjusted
to the correct depth (eclipse 3.0 does this in Java
source editing mode). But at the very least, I should
manually be able to indent/unindent blocks of selected
XML/XSL.
