Hi,
I just downloaded your program and cant get it to start.
Maybe I missed something but here is what I did:
1) Downloaded the JAR 0.8
2) from a commandline in Windows 2000 java -jar
treebeard_v08_Java.jar

This started the install process.
3) After installation CD to C:\Program Files\Treebeard\ 4) java -jar treebeard.jar
5) got the sartup spalsh and then got this stack trace:

The class path is not set correctly. You can download the
windows version and there will be an executable called
Fangorn.exe which you can just run, or if you want create a
.bat file with what you have that sets all the jars into the
    class path (including subdirectories)

    Cheers,
    Rob

I would suggest bundling a bat a sh script in the bin folder
that would have anything required for the running of the
    program.
Yes I know that I can write 1 myself but you should ship the
    jar with default scripts.
    Thanks again.
PS I noticed in the RFE section that someone had referenced
an RFE that I had filed for SQuirreL. Any chance that this
    will happen?

    Thanks
