Message:
As of revision 6460, trees and tree blocks now have a default return value
for the "title" field: the local class name + the object id, e.g.
PhyloTree1231. This means that the list of available input/output data now
always at least have the title column populated. This fix is also useful
for nexus file generation, where heretofore the "TITLE=foo;" token was
sometimes empty.
