Hi Mattison,

I agree with Bill.  As for the second suggestion I would say let's hold off on doing that.  We should revisit it if we are still having other issues.  Ideally, we should refactor the code to handle items differently to work in a single or multi machine environment.  Unfortunately,  I don't think we have the time and resources to do so.
