I think it would be a great addition. The taxon labels need editing, and they might get a bit long. e.g.:

Canis_lupus_lupus_Russia (for the correct subspecies, see here)
Canis_lupus_familiaris_Cocker_Spaniel
Canis_lupus_familiaris_Line_h42M
Canis_lupus_familiaris_Line_62C_67C_68C

(etc).
