That site is quite a treasure-trove, especially seeing as TreeBASE is really weak on dinos. Pity that the character names and states are not coded -- by themselves, 0s and 1s are not terribly meaningful -- but better than nothing.

But yes, submitters are asked to mate their trees with their matrices, as shown in the instructional video:
