The key thing now is that we must be able to get valid, sane and richly
annotated NeXML documents for all studies. If we have those we can fill up
document stores with different representations (data files, HTML, tree
pictures) and experiment with different searches and front ends. I'm doing
what I can to improve NeXML serialization, creating character state
matrices is the big bug bear (and has been for TreeBASE2 from day one).
