hmm... there are a number of candidates... e.g. someone from Annette Klussmann-Kolb's lab or Markus Pfenninger's lab. But I'm guessing it might be Lin Himmelmann, seeing has he has done a meta-analysis on TreeBASE before (e.g. here).
