Based on the logs it looks like that's happening due to calls from some
user of my treebase package.  I'm switching it over to call only the
production server, not the development server.  I'll also see what I can do
to prevent the user from making too high a rate of queries.  Sorry about
this.  Any suggestions/guidelines for rate of calls?
