Initial Comment:
We need a mechanism for tracking usage (e.g. how often people search the database, how often a tree, matrix, or analysis is downloaded), possibly collecting other data like IP origin. Finding a solution to for this might be complicated by the fact that we ask robots not to scrape TreeBASE. I put this as a high priority because we need to start collecting this data soon in anticipation of applying for new funding.
