Yes, insofar as we allow users to upload trees and then reroot them there (and save to the database). 

(Unfortunately, obliging people to use Mesquite from the beginning -- and having them reroot their trees in that environment -- is not easy. Lots of disoriented trees still get submitted straight from a PAUP output).
