Summary: Find journal name in Dryad bagit metadata

Initial Comment:
Dryad returns to TreeBASE information about a submission in the bagit format.  This format contains a data/dryadpub.xml record that contains a metadata element with journal information.  The element is <bibo:Journal>  Bill Piel has mentioned that the TreeBASE side is not finding the journal information.  TreeBASE code needs to be updated to look in the data/dryadpub.xml record (after unpacking the bagit format) for this information.
