The only option, really, is to do this:

http://purl.org/phylo/treebase/phylows/taxon/find?query=dcterms.title==%22Homo%20sapiens%22&format=rss1&recordSchema=tree

And then programmatically fetch each tree one-by-one. 

In addition to having a "Download all checked trees" , it would be helpful if these /phylows/ queries were functional (so far they revert to format=html):
