This query:

http://purl.org/phylo/treebase/phylows/study/find?query=prism.publicationName==Evolution

...results in many journals that are not just "Evolution" but have the word "Evolution" in them (e.g. "Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution"). So our PhyloWS is not recognizing "==" as an exact match search.
