[Treebase-devel] Time for a new build

Hi guys, 

Can we do a new build? 

Several improvements include:

- our analysis GUI is now compatible with IE8
- our analysis step download is working again, this time a single taxon block is referenced by both input and output objects, and taxon labels are sorted so that PAUP does not scramble names and matrix rows. 
- charsets and codonpossets now reference specific character blocks
- TreeBASE ids are now presented as URIs
