I agree that we should give you direct update access to these three  
tables, with proper precautions.  However, I am not the one who makes  
decisions on this.

As for this data patch, we will execute it as soon as I can grab Jon  
for an hour.  Treebase will be down while we do that.

Please hold on developing similar patches until we decide how to  
handle them.
