[Treebase-devel] Can we rebuild to both production and dev?

Let's rebuild to reflect the latest fixes regarding phylowidget.

Also, I need the dev rebuilt because there is a serious bug in either the delete trees or delete matrices features that seems to corrupt the system -- to figure out exactly what's going on, I need to be able to test against dev.
