Vladimir - you don't mean rebuild after every single commit to  
treebase svn, right? There is no guarantee right now in our workflow  
that a single commit leaves the application in a buildable state, so  
we shouldn't assume otherwise.

At NESCent we are using a dedicated repo for committing WARs. If this  
isn't what you were planning, let's talk about it first with Jon  
before you do anything in this direction.
