The code uses an absolute path, which results in things like http://localhost.localdomain:8280/treebase-web/search/study/summary.html?id=1021, which obviously won't work.

This may only affect Connotea actually. The add to Del.icio.us code works,
can't test CiteULike as a I don't have an account.
