I work on the PhyloWidget issue

As I suggested earlier, putting PhyloWidget.jar inside treebase- 
web.war seems to work -- in my Safari, but not in Firefox (I do have  
"Java and Javascript enabled").  If this is normal, I'll consider the  
issue closed.
