[Treebase-devel] The port 6666 instance is shut down

This is mostly an FYI, as we had said before that we were going to do  
that.

Jon is doing this such that the instance can be brought up again w/o  
too much hassle if we need it to answer whether the port 6666 instance  
had a particular feature working that is broken on production,  
staging, or dev.
