We have just (as of 10:10am) re-built and re-deployed the application.

The current re-deployment procedure is this:

- When a non-developer (Bill, Hilmar, or Todd, ...) needs to see most  
recent features deployed, he should drop a message to Vladimir.
- Vladimir will rebuild the WAR and pass it to Jon.
- Jon will deploy on treebase-dev.
