Bill, could you point me to 1-3 files that do (or should) upload nicely?

I've been trying uploading, via 6666, a few files from S1234 and S1235  
and was getting either SQL errors, or "No matrix or a tree was  
uploaded", or a seeming success, but the matrix would have no rows in  
the UI.
