Dear TreeBASEer,

Here is the current situation about TreeBASE unit test, there are only 3
fails left, all of them related to sequence problem.

  2. testAddDelete(org.cipres.treebase.service.matrix.MatrixServiceImplTest)
  3. testCreateDelete(org.cipres.treebase.dao.tree.PhyloTreeDAOTest)
  6. testAddDelete(org.cipres.treebase.service.study.StudyServiceImplTest)
