In principle that would be handy, so that others can see the
improvement right away when a ticket is closed. It's not that hard to
do though: when you ssh into treebasedb-dev.nescent.org all you have
to do is issue 'publish' on the command line (it's in the $PATH) and
it'll update the source, build the war, copy it into the tomcat
servlet folder and restart tomcat.
