Getting closer.... this fixes the issue with the right-hand menu  
during submission, but I still cannot get to the Export Row Segment  
Template button. I can find a study, change it to "in progress", and  
locate the study again. But when I try to view a matrix associated  
with the study, I get an exception. The links to matrices have this  
form:
http://8ball.sdsc.edu:6666/treebase-web/user/matrixRowList.html?id=447

Is that related to the PhyloWS problem, or something else?
