When I click on the ID for a matrix, or any of the download icons, I receive an error from Hibernate.

This seems to be related to PhyloWS. If you try to download a matrix from
the search tabs, it works. e.g:
http://8ball.sdsc.edu:6666/treebase-web/search/downloadAMatrix.html?id=1282&matrixid=2855

But if you try to download the very same matrix after tunneling through
the study, the method used is not with PhyloWS, and the result throws and
uncaught exception:
