Summary: Session status error report

Initial Comment:
This morning, when I tried to go to the search page, I received an error message. I'm guessing this was caused because my session is timed out and/or I have a different IP address than yesterday. Regardless, the stack trace that is displayed is not helpful for end-users (see attached screen shot). It should be replaced with a real error message.
