Thanks Piel, I think we all agree Maven's advantages over some other tools like Ant. Especially currently Treebase already set up on Maven. It will cause difficulties if we lost it. Unless any of you have different thoughts about keeping Maven, then we can discuss about the topic in detail. Right now, TreeBase's Maven configuration (pom.xml) point its repository to SDSC server, and those dependent jars are not include in the source. I don't know if anyone ever set up a replacement Maven repository either through NESCent or sourceforge facility.
