When you click on http://8ball.sdsc.edu:6666/treebase-web/search/downloadAnAnalysisStep.html?analysisid=2022 to download an analysis, two identical TAXA blocks, each with the same title, are included in the nexus file. This is confusing to Mesquite, which doesn't know which goes with which. Please have the nexus written with only one TAXA block shared by both CHARACTER and TREE blocks.
