Purchase & delivery of the hardware, virtualization environment to be  
set up, virtual slices to be created, OS installed and imaged,  
accounts to be created.

Jon would have more details. We'll also be doing testing of the host  
slices using our own development sites, and we'll be looking this and  
next week whether we can fast-track some of the hardware purchases so  
we can start testing earlier.
