#214 Delete tree warned that tree is part of analysis

When a submitter tries to delete a tree block, a warning message in red text tells the submitter that the tree he/she is deleting is participating in an analysis. This is a useful warning, but the warning happens whether or not any of the trees in the tree block are actually linked to an analysis or not. Either fix the warning or remove the warning.
