#1 Summary Page

There should be a constantly updated summary page as an HTML file that can be viewed externally from the bot, similar to the Plus-style dorf3.php.

Basically for each village show:
Resources Available
Resource Production
Time Till Starvation / Full Warehouses
Troops
Pending Attacks
Incoming Reinforcements
Incoming Attacks
Active Building
Active Training
Pending Build Commands
Pending Train Commands
Raid Lists
