#7 Incomplete parsing of attacks

When attacks are issued, if there is a parse error the command up to the point of the error is issued.
e.g.
Town attack -6|-21 -6|-21 -6|-21 -6|-21 -6|-21 -6|-21 with 25 Equites Imperatoris 5 Fire Catapults
will just attack with horsies, since we don't parse plurals on units.
