OpenstreetMap switches to API0.5

On the 6th/7th of october (projectes date)
OpenStreetMap will switch over to API-version 0.5
(see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/OSM_Protocol_Version_0.5\)

This means we will have to speed up our switch to
the new version and new features will be added after that is done.
