Transtalo Translation System 0.3 released

Today, release 0.3.0 of the Transtalo Translation System is released. This release ships new versions of transtalo_core, the core package; transtalo_cli, the command line interface; transtalo_input_eo, the Esperanto input module and transtalo_output_nl, the Dutch output module.

This release is a major release and contains much new features, including support for adverbials. See http://transtalo.sf.net/release-0.3.html for more information.

Esperanto input module released, core library 0.2 released

Today the first version of the Esperanto input translation module, transtalo_input_eo-0.1, was released. At the same time, the second version of the core library was released, transtalo_core-0.2. It is still very experimental.

Transtalo Translation System 0.1 released

Three packages of the Transtalo Translation System are released: transtalo_core-0.1, the main library, transtalo_cli-0.1, a command line user interface, and transtalo_output_nl-0.1, a Dutch output module that translates into Dutch.

Transtalo is a translation system that uses different translation modules for the translation from and into a language, so the source language is independent of the destination language. The modules communicate with each other through XML files that describe a sentence.
