#3 Unable to assign Ctrl+<arrow key> shortcut

How to reproduce:
1. Run app
2. Go to Preferences => Configure shortcuts
3. Set some action to use Ctrl+<arrow key=""> (e.g. Ctrl+<right arrow=""> to Forward playback)</right></arrow>

What happens:
The action is "set" to use "Ctrl+" shortcut, naturally that doesn't work

What should happen:
Action should be set to use corresponding "Ctrl+<arrow key="">" and should react on the shortcut.</arrow>
