#1 automatic check out

In the ClearCase plugin for eclipse, whenever you work
on a checked-in file, as soon as you start typing, the
plugin would automatically checkout the file. Also,
refactoring is transparent. When you do a rename or
move, all the impacted files will be checked out first. If
they can do it, you can do it, right? :)
