Transparent Overlays
Displays images as draggable, transparent overlays on your Windows PC.
You can have your favorite GIFs, PNGs, etc. always on top and in the same spot while you're working or gaming.

- Load image from URL
- Load image from file
- Save and load all images including their size and screen position
Usage

Make sure you have installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later.
