Added one more folder exclusion for nuget package folder.

Replaced TobiiSDK 3.0 with the most recent version of the Tobii Pro SDK to add support for recent eyetrackers such as Tobii Pro Nano and Tobii Pro Spectrum. The new SDK is added using a nuget-package to avoid committing the binaries.
