TranslatOr 0.2 has been published.

TranslatOr is a flexible vocabulatory-trainer written in PHP that can be used for an arbitrary number of languages.
Currently, it is in Beta-Status and features the creation of languages and dictionaries and allows simple queries (listing all words).

Future enhancements will be the modification of existing entries and more sophisticated query-methods.
