[Translation-team-ja] New: iso_639-3.21 (75%, 61 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Japanese team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file:

In this file 425 messages are already translated, corresponding to 75%
of the original text size in bytes; 61 messages still need some work.

Iida Yosiaki is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Japanese language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
