[Translation-team-zh-cn] New: gphoto2-2.4.2 (89%, 15 untranslated)

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

In this file 269 messages are already translated, corresponding to 89%
of the original text size in bytes; 15 messages still need some work.

Ji ZhengYu is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Chinese (simplified) language.
