#2 Package MO files for easy deployment

For the users, it might be good to ship the collected
.mo files, in the
form of a tar.gz file containing
share/locale/<lang>/LC_MESSAGES/foobar.mo
for every language. This would be optimal for the
users: they could unpack
this in their $prefix directory (/usr or /usr/local).
