Hi, please find the attached patch.

I've tested it on the lastest code base, and it worked fine.

From what I've seen, it will fix ticket #905 here, and ticket #839863 in debian.

This especially needs testing on setups with openssl 0.9.8, but I don't have any machines with that version.

I'm afraid enabling TLS 1.1 & 1.2 would break support for 0.9.8, but provided it's no longer maintained by the upstream project since last year, I suggest you remove its support (in rpc.pas).

Not supporting TLS 1.1 & 1.2 isn't yet problematic, but it may become an issue in the near future.
