Comments: I have created the GFF file with data from LICR-UPP
(TRANSFOG partner 15) but is unable to upload the data. Is this a
temporary problem or am I doing something wrong?

Johan,
What happens when you try to upload your data?
If you see something like "Problem in creating the Request
... Malformed stream" then please try uploading using the
following link and let me know if it works:

Johan,
Sorry, I missed out some words in my email!
The "Feature" column is empty. Gene ID, Method and Feature
are mandatory columns, so please ensure these columns are
not empty. If your spreadsheet is for candidate gene
ranking, you should select "rank (TR:001)" from the
drop-down list in the Feature column. For example:
Gene/Protein ID Method Feature
ENSG00000139318 cDNA microarray (ECO:0000097) rank (TR:001)
If your spreadsheet is for functional annotation you should
add a Gene Ontology term in the Feature column, for example:
Gene/Protein ID Method Feature
ENSG00000139318 cDNA microarray (ECO:0000097) Apoptosis
(GO:0006915)
Please see the Help sheet in the spreadsheet for further
information.
When you have updated the spreadsheet, click the Export
button and upload your GFF file.
Thanks,
Antony

Johan,
Your GFF file has been updated but there is no data in it.
Did you add rows to the Excel spreadsheet before clicking
the Export button? If yes, please send me your spreadsheet
and I will check it.
Thanks,
Antony
