Can not compile Transcode 0.4 on OpenSuSE

On SuSE 10.3 and SuSE 11.2 - both 86x64, I have tried to run compile.sh, but received lots of errors in compiling process. Out of archive the Transcode bin itself starts and opens files, but fails to convert files , the ffmpeg provided with program, can not see the libraries from its lib folder. If the moving the libraries is enough for Transcode to work, which folder I have to move it -/usr/lib or /usr/lib64 ?
