#1 need streamTranscoder.cfg

, i have been able to compile streamTrancoder successfully
using the _CL _NUI hack (mentioned on the NEWS page ).

however, this does not create the .cfg file . . and so , i am
unable to use v_o.12 . .

could a default .cfg file be added to the
tarball ?
