#9 Customizable keyboard shortcuts + shortkey to change volume

It would be useful to have a section in the Preferences window dedicated to keyboard shortcuts customization, at least for playback control keys like ESC, F1 and F4. It would be also useful to have two keyboard shortcuts to increase and decrease the audio volume, because moving the pointer to the volume slider with the mouse is not always handy if one needs it often.
